Before Your Treatment

Avoid Blood Thinners

Refrain from taking aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, or vitamin E for 5-7 days before treatment to minimize bruising.

Limit Alcohol and Smoking

Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24-48 hours before your appointment to optimize healing and results.

Hydrate Well

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your session to support collagen production and skin hydration.

Discuss Medical History

Plan for Mild Swelling or Bruising
