 No. Journey is designed as a monthly skin health cadence. Monthly Journey treatments are available during the applicable billing cycle and do not roll over, accumulate, convert to cash, or become general account credit. 

 Journey includes eligible monthly skin health treatments, but treatment selection is guided by your provider and depends on your skin goals, candidacy, treatment history, seasonality, recovery timing, and appropriate spacing. 

No. Journey does not guarantee that you are a candidate for any specific treatment. All medical aesthetic treatments are subject to provider evaluation, contraindications, informed consent, medical appropriateness, and clinical judgment. 

Monthly Journey treatments are intended to be used during the applicable billing cycle. If you skip a month, the unused monthly treatment generally does not roll over or convert to cash or general credit, unless Wise Aesthetics expressly allows otherwise under current plan terms. 

Yes. Journey members may pause their plan for up to 180 days. During the pause period, a $25 monthly pause fee applies.

While your plan is paused, monthly Journey treatments do not accrue, roll over, or convert to credit. Member benefits may be limited during the pause period and remain subject to the current Journey plan terms.

Pause requests must be submitted before your next billing date and are not retroactive. To request a pause or discuss your options, please contact our team before your next billing cycle.

Journey begins with an initial 6-month commitment. After the initial term, the plan continues month-to-month unless cancelled according to the plan terms.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the approved Wise Aesthetics cancellation process before the next billing date. Cancellations are not retroactive, and previously billed plan payments are generally non-refundable.

Journey benefits generally may not be combined with promotions, event specials, package pricing, rewards, manufacturer offers, or other discounts unless Wise Aesthetics expressly allows it in writing.
