Daxxify® is an FDA-approved wrinkle relaxer offered at Wise Aesthetics in Carmel, Indiana. It temporarily softens frown lines by relaxing the muscles between the brows. Appointments take 15 to 30 minutes. How long results last differs from person to person, and your provider will discuss what to expect at consultation. Individual results vary.

Some clients ask about very small, superficial doses of neurotoxin for skin texture and the look of pores. This is an off-label use, and your provider will advise whether it is appropriate for you.
Neurotoxin can reduce sweating by blocking the nerve signals that activate sweat glands. Daxxify is not FDA-approved for this use, and your provider will discuss the options suited to you.
A small amount of Daxxify relaxes the muscle around the mouth so the upper lip rolls slightly outward. This is an off-label use, and your provider will explain whether it suits you.
Many of our clients use neurotoxin to address masseter tension or facial slimming. This is an off-label use. The right approach depends on your anatomy and goals, which we evaluate during your consultation.
Neurotoxin can relax the neck muscles that form vertical bands. With Daxxify this is an off-label use, and your provider will assess whether it suits your anatomy.

Your treatment begins with a thorough consultation, during which your provider will guide you through the treatment areas and precisely map out the injection points for the neuromodulators.
Using advanced techniques, small, carefully measured doses of neuromodulators are skillfully injected into the targeted areas, tailored to your specific goals and consultation plan.
Afterward, your skin is gently cleansed, and a soothing recovery serum is applied to promote comfort and healing. Any small bumps from the injections typically subside within an hour, leaving you ready to enjoy your refreshed look.
Avoid lying down for 4 hours after treatment, to ensure Botox® & Wrinkle Relaxers do not migrate.
Avoid strenuous exercise and other activities that make you sweat for 24 hours after treatment.
Avoid facials and facial massages—including at-home devices or gua sha—for 2 weeks after treatment.
Results should appear in full effect after 2 weeks. You will see less movement and texture in the treated areas, giving a smooth, refreshed look.

Depending on several factors, like metabolism and dosage, results can last between 3-6 months. We recommend coming in on a quarterly basis to maintain your results.
Typically every 3–6 months for most clients seeking continuous wrinkle reduction.
Some may metabolize the product faster and choose slightly more frequent touch-ups, while others can go longer.
Please follow the pre-treatment instructions carefully to avoid contraindications. For your safety, failure to do so may result in the inability to proceed with your treatment.
The cost of Daxxify® depends on your goals and the plan your provider recommends. Your provider will confirm your plan and its cost at consultation, before any treatment.
Wrinkle Relaxation with a Peptide-Based Formula
Daxxify® is a neuromodulator formulated with a peptide in place of human serum albumin. It is FDA-approved to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the eyebrows. Some clients find results last up to 6 months, though duration varies from person to person.
At Wise Aesthetics in Carmel, your provider tailors each Daxxify® treatment to your facial anatomy, with the aim of softening dynamic lines while keeping natural movement.
