Journey is Wise Aesthetics’ comprehensive monthly skin-health plan for patients who want a consistent approach to correction and maintenance. Together with your Wise provider, you will establish a treatment cadence based on your goals, skin condition, treatment history, candidacy, recovery preferences and appropriate treatment intervals.

Your plan may evolve throughout the year as your skin changes. Monthly treatments and quarterly professional imaging help your provider assess progress and adjust your recommendations to support tone, texture, clarity, collagen and overall skin quality.

I understand that the Journey Skin Health Plan requires an initial 6-month commitment. After the initial term, the plan continues month-to-month unless cancelled according to the plan terms. I understand that monthly Journey treatments do not roll over and that treatment eligibility is subject to provider evaluation and clinical appropriateness.

BroadBand Light addresses visible sun damage, brown spots, redness and uneven skin tone. Your provider will determine appropriate timing and settings based on your skin type and treatment plan.

CoolPeel® Face

A fractional CO₂ laser treatment designed to improve fine lines, uneven texture, visible pores and overall skin quality with a controlled recovery period.

Laser Genesis Face

A gentle, non-ablative laser treatment that supports collagen production while improving the appearance of redness, uneven texture and enlarged pores—with little to no downtime.

HydraFacial® Deluxe

A customizable facial that cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and hydrates while delivering a provider-selected booster based on your current skin needs.

Microneedling Face

Creates controlled microchannels that support the skin’s natural collagen-remodeling process and improve the appearance of fine lines, texture, pores and acne scarring.

SkinMedica® Chemical Peel

Upgrade your monthly treatment

Looking for a more advanced treatment? Journey members may upgrade their monthly treatment to an eligible Moxi®, HALO®, VI Peel®, or VirtueRF Microneedling treatment. You’ll receive 10% preferred pricing, and your $249 monthly Journey plan amount will be applied toward the discounted treatment price—you simply pay the remaining balance.

Upgrades are subject to provider recommendation, clinical eligibility, appropriate treatment intervals, seasonality, and appointment availability. Upgrade benefits cannot be combined with packages, promotions, event pricing, or other discounts.

Important details regarding your monthly treatment, billing pauses, and cancellations.

Journey is designed around a consistent monthly cadence. Each included treatment must be used within its applicable monthly period and does not accumulate like Essentials credit. Unused monthly treatments are not refunded or converted to account credit.

Your monthly treatment is planned collaboratively with your Wise provider based on your skin goals, treatment history, clinical candidacy, seasonality and required treatment intervals. Available options may change as your skin and treatment plan evolve.

Your provider may recommend another eligible Journey treatment when clinically appropriate. Enrollment does not guarantee that every listed treatment will be appropriate for every patient or available during every month.

Your monthly payment will continue and the unused treatment will expire at the end of the applicable treatment period. Contact our team in advance if you expect to be unable to participate so we can explain any available pause options.

Yes. Journey members may pause their plan for up to 180 days. During the pause period, a $25 monthly pause fee applies.

While your plan is paused, monthly Journey treatments do not accrue, roll over, or convert to credit. Member benefits may be limited during the pause period and remain subject to the current Journey plan terms.

Pause requests must be submitted before your next billing date and are not retroactive. To request a pause or discuss your options, please contact our team before your next billing cycle.

Journey begins with a six-month initial commitment. After the initial term, the plan continues month to month and may be canceled with 30 days’ written notice in accordance with the Journey Plan Agreement.

No. Journey benefits and monthly treatments are personal to the enrolled patient and may not be transferred, shared or redeemed for cash.

Journey preferred pricing generally cannot be combined with packages, promotions, event pricing, manufacturer programs or other discounts unless specifically stated.
