Discontinue the use of retinoids, exfoliating acids (like glycolic acid), and harsh skincare products for 3-5 days before your treatment.
Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment to ensure your skin is well-hydrated.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Avoid applying lotions, oils, or sunscreen on the day of your treatment.
Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds for at least 7 days before your treatment.
Inform your provider about any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent treatments (e.g., lasers, chemical peels).
Your skin will be cleansed to remove any impurities or makeup.
The Glo2Facial combines three key steps: exfoliation, oxygenation, and nourishment. A custom treatment capsule (based on your skin’s needs) is applied to exfoliate the outer layer of the skin, removing dead skin cells. The oxygenation step is designed to support oxygenation of the skin, and nutrient-rich serums are then infused to hydrate and refresh.
The treatment typically takes 30-60 minutes and is non-invasive and generally well-tolerated.
Sensations:
Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) daily and avoid direct sun exposure for at least 48 hours.
Refrain from using retinoids, exfoliating acids, or harsh skincare products for 3-5 days post-treatment.
Keep your skin well-hydrated by using a gentle moisturizer and drinking plenty of water.
Avoid hot showers, saunas, or vigorous exercise for 24 hours.
Allow your skin to breathe and skip makeup for at least 24 hours if possible.
