Before Your Treatment

Avoid Sun Exposure
Refrain from direct sun exposure, tanning beds, or sunburns for at least 1 week before the treatment.

Discontinue Retinoids
Stop using retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, or any exfoliating or active skincare products 3-5 days prior.

Avoid Other Treatments
Avoid laser, waxing, or other facial treatments on the same area for at least 1 week before your appointment.

Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water and follow a healthy skincare routine leading up to the treatment to ensure optimal results.

Notify Your Provider
Inform your provider of any allergies, recent treatments, or medications that may affect your suitability for the Tox Facial.

During Your Treatment

Cleansing and Preparation
Your skin will be cleansed to remove any oils, makeup, or impurities.

Exfoliation
A light exfoliation is performed to prep the skin and enhance the penetration of the treatment.

Application of Micro-Dosed Toxins
A customized blend of neuromodulators (such as Botox® or Dysport®) is applied topically or infused via microchanneling. This step helps reduce pore size, control oil production, and create a smooth, airbrushed skin appearance.

Hydration and Soothing
A hydrating mask or serum may be applied to calm the skin and boost hydration.

Comfortable and Non-Invasive
The process is gentle, with little to no discomfort.

After Your Treatment

Avoid Touching Your Face
Do not touch or apply makeup to the treated area for at least 24 hours.

Skip Intense Workouts
Avoid excessive sweating, hot showers, or steam rooms for 24-48 hours.

Use Gentle Skincare
Stick to mild, hydrating cleansers and moisturizers for a few days. Avoid retinoids and exfoliating products for at least 5 days.

Protect Your Skin
Apply a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ sunscreen daily to protect your skin from sun exposure.

Hydrate and Avoid Alcohol
Stay hydrated and avoid alcohol for 24 hours to optimize your results.

No Other Treatments
Avoid additional facial treatments, laser, or chemical peels for at least 1 week post-treatment.

Expected Results

Immediate Results
Expect smoother, more radiant skin with minimized pore size and reduced oil production.

Continued Improvement
Full results develop over 7-14 days as the neuromodulators take effect, leaving your skin with an airbrushed, refreshed look.

Treatment Frequency

For Maintenance
Treatments can be performed every 2-3 months for ongoing results.

For Specific Concerns
A series of 3 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart may be recommended for optimal improvements.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What is a Tox Facial, and how does it work?

A Tox Facial is a non-invasive treatment that combines microneedling with the topical application of a diluted neuromodulator, such as Botox or similar products. The microchannels created during microneedling allow the neuromodulator to penetrate the skin, improving texture, reducing pore size, and giving the skin a smooth, glass-like finish without affecting facial muscle movement.

What skin concerns can a Tox Facial address?

A Tox Facial is ideal for reducing the appearance of fine lines, minimizing large pores, controlling oil production, and enhancing overall skin texture. It’s a popular choice for achieving a refined, glowing complexion.

How long do the results of a Tox Facial last?

The results typically last 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, many clients find their skin maintains a smoother and more refined appearance over time.

Is there any downtime after a Tox Facial?

Downtime is minimal with a Tox Facial. You may experience mild redness or sensitivity for a day or two after the treatment, similar to traditional microneedling. Most clients can resume normal activities within 24 hours while following any aftercare instructions provided by their provider.
