Avoid Blood Thinners

Refrain from taking aspirin, ibuprofen, fish oil, Vitamin E, and other blood-thinning medications or supplements for 5-7 days before treatment, unless prescribed by a doctor.

Stay Hydrated

Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your treatment to help improve circulation and skin elasticity.

Avoid Alcohol & Caffeine

Avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24-48 hours before treatment to minimize swelling and bruising.

No Recent Skin Treatments

Do not get laser treatments, chemical peels, or other aggressive skin procedures on the treatment area for at least 2 weeks prior to treatment.

Wear Comfortable Clothing
