Refund policy
At Wise Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional products and services to our valued customers. Below is our Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy detailing how we handle different types of purchases, including products, services, packages, and gift cards.
1. Products (Physical Items)
We offer a 14-day return policy on physical items shipped to you, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The receipt date is based on the carrier's stated date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be in the same condition as received: unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Damages and Issues:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal care or beauty products
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items and gift cards

2. Services
All service purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Medical aesthetic treatments
- Skincare consultations
- Injectables, laser treatments, facials, and other professional services
Service Adjustments:
- If you experience an adverse reaction or are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment for a consultation.
- We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction, but in some cases, corrective services may be provided at our discretion.
Service Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 48 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee of $100.
- Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a rescheduled appointment.
3. Packages
Wise Aesthetics offers bundled services in packages for better value.
Package Terms:
- Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Package services must be used within 12 months of the purchase date unless otherwise specified.
- Unused services in a package cannot be converted into store credit or refunded.
Package Adjustments:
- In rare cases, if a client is medically unable to complete a package, we may offer store credit for the remaining unused services with valid documentation.
4. Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- They do not expire and can be used toward products, services, or packages.
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.
5. Order Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. Below is how cancellations are handled for these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
- When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency selected.
- Your payment details are securely stored, and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless pre-paid.
- Some subscriptions auto-renew. If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel before the renewal date.
- You can manage your subscription through links provided in your order confirmation emails.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders allow you to purchase an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product.
- We may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or full payment at checkout.

Cancellation Policy for Pre-Orders:
- If your pre-order has not been fulfilled, you may cancel for a full refund.
- If the pre-order has been fulfilled, it is subject to the standard product return policy.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
