Crissy Wiseman, NP-C, CANS
With over 25 years of nursing experience, Crissy is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner holding dual Master’s degrees as both a Pediatric and Family Nurse Practitioner. Her expertise extends to aesthetic medicine, where she has received extensive training, positioning her as a trusted provider in the field.
Crissy brings several years of experience in plastic and reconstructive surgery, having had the privilege of working with leading experts in the industry. She most recently served as an Advanced Injector for a prominent facial plastic surgeon in Indianapolis and has previously collaborated with the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the IU School of Medicine.

Rajiv Sood, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Cosmetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Rajiv Sood is a nationally recognized cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgeon with over three decades of experience at the forefront of surgical innovation, patient care, and academic leadership. He brings exceptional clinical expertise and a deep commitment to patient-centered outcomes as the Medical Director of Wise Aesthetics.
Board-certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery—with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Hand and
Microsurgery—Dr. Sood’s surgical background spans a wide spectrum of
reconstructive and cosmetic procedures. His clinical interests include breast
reconstruction and enhancement, body contouring, aesthetic surgery of the face
and eyes, and complex reconstruction following trauma or weight loss.
Dr. Sood earned his undergraduate degree in Biology and French from Union
College and his medical degree from Albany Medical College. He completed
general surgery residency at Temple University and plastic surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, followed by an advanced fellowship in hand, nerve, and microsurgery at the Johns Hopkins-affiliated Raymond Curtis Hand Center.
In 1992, Dr. Sood joined Indiana University School of Medicine, where he was
later named Professor and Chief of Plastic Surgery, Program Director of the
Plastic Surgery Residency, and Medical Director of the IU Burn Center. He also
holds the prestigious Dr. Sanford and Thelma Glanz Professorship in Plastic
Surgery.
Dr. Sood has authored more than 30 peer-reviewed articles, 16 book chapters,
and co-edited the seminal textbook Burn Reconstruction and Rehabilitation.
His research has been recognized with numerous awards and supported by multiple grants. He has presented over 100 lectures nationally and internationally,
particularly in the fields of wound healing, skin regeneration, and breast
reduction outcomes.
Dr. Sood’s approach to patient care is grounded in compassion, precision, and
safety. At Wise Aesthetics, he leads our clinical oversight and medical
governance, ensuring every patient receives care that is evidence-based,
ethically sound, and tailored to enhance natural beauty..
