What’s the difference between the Journey Membership and the Essentials Membership?
The Journey Membership offers a curated luxury experience with your choice of a premium skin treatment each month, along with exclusive injectable pricing and VIP rewards. The Essentials Membership is a flexible option that allows you to bank monthly credits toward any treatment or skincare purchase, ensuring your self-care journey fits your personal needs.
Can I use my membership benefits right away?
Your benefits activate immediately upon enrollment. Whether you’re selecting your first premium treatment through the Journey Membership or applying your Essentials credits, your path to elevated beauty and wellness begins right away.
Do my credits or treatments expire if not used?
Essentials Membership credits continue to accumulate and can be used toward future services and retail purchases. However, if there is no account activity for 12 consecutive months, any unused credits will expire. Journey Membership treatments are available for 30 days, encouraging consistent, radiant care.
Is there a minimum commitment for membership?
We kindly ask for a 6-month initial commitment to allow you to fully experience the value and results of your membership. After that, you may continue month-to-month, with the flexibility to pause or cancel with a 30-day notice.
Can I upgrade from the Essentials Membership to the Journey Membership later?
Absolutely. Our team would be delighted to assist you in upgrading from the Essentials Membership to the Journey Membership at any time, ensuring your experience continues to evolve with your beauty and wellness goals.
